These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Dorothé Blake ("I", "me", "my"). By using my website or booking my services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

I provide professional violin performance services for:

• Weddings and ceremonies
• Funerals and memorial services
• Corporate events and functions
• Private parties and celebrations
• Worship services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your date
• Full payment is due 2 weeks before the event
• Bookings are confirmed only after deposit is received

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Bank transfer and cash payments are also accepted. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 3 months before event: Full refund
• 1-3 months before event: 50% refund
• Less than 1 month before event: No refund
• Force majeure: Full refund or rescheduling

5. Performance Details

5.1 What I Provide

• Professional violin performance
• My own instrument and equipment
• Travel within Greater London (additional charges for other areas)
• Up to 2 custom song requests (with sufficient notice)

5.2 What You Provide

• Access to venue at agreed time
• Safe storage for instrument if needed
• PA system for large venues (if required)
• Sheet music for custom requests (if needed)

6. Travel and Venue

• Travel within Greater London is included in quoted price
• Additional travel costs apply for events outside London
• I require 30 minutes setup time before performance
• Venue must be accessible and suitable for performance

7. Health and Safety

I reserve the right to refuse performance if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. This includes extreme weather for outdoor events.

8. Intellectual Property

All recordings, photographs, and content on this website are my intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not responsible for:

• Event delays or cancellations beyond my control
• Equipment failure not caused by me
• Venue-related issues

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please see my Privacy Policy for details on how I handle your information.

11. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
